We use KLARNA CHECKOUT & PAYPAL. We have chosen to use the 2 safest payment options so that you as a customer feel safe and know that your information is treated with the utmost confidentiality. When you place an order, you choose payment options at checkout and KLARNA CHECKOUT is always the default option, where you are connected to KLARNA and can choose from a number of different payment methods that suit you. If you select PAYPAL, you only select PAYPAL, fill in your information and then press continue / pay. For more info go to www.paypal.com
By law, deliveries outside the EU require that the item description and value be stated on the package. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to report any taxes, duties or surcharges required by the individual country.
All prices are shown including VAT.
If the VAT changes, we reserve the right to change our prices
at the corresponding VAT rate.
Exchanges & Returns:
If the item does not meet your expectations, or you want to change the size, it is of course possible to send the item back for a return or exchange, you have 14 days to decide from the time you receive your order. Panties are hygiene items and these must be completely unopened in the original packaging for us to be able to approve the return.
To make a return or exchange, contact our customer service email@example.com they will help you and send out a return slip and return label.
Remember that you as the customer are responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so always save your return receipt. It can sometimes take up to 14 days for a return to come back to us and be processed at our warehouse.
There is a return postage of SEK 49 when you choose to make a return. Replacements are of course free of charge.
Orders that are returned to us due to them not being picked up are not covered by the return or right of withdrawal. If the shipment is not picked up, you will be charged SEK 249 to cover our handling costs.
The fee is added to the original invoice at Klarna.
In the event of any disputes regarding complaints, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board, ARN.

Change and cancel orders:
You can not change or cancel your order yourself. We change and cancel orders as far as possible, once an order is printed for packing, we do not have the opportunity to change or cancel it.
